The Lighthouse Project

Because no parent should have to navigate the storm alone.

When a teen is struggling, parents are often left carrying an invisible burden.

The worry. The fear. The sleepless nights. The endless questions.

While much of the support is focused on the teen, parents are often left feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn.

The Lighthouse Project was born from a simple belief:

Parents deserve support, too.

Just as a lighthouse offers guidance during rough waters, The Lighthouse Project exists to help parents find clarity, connection, and hope during some of the most challenging seasons of family life.

It's a reminder that even when the path forward feels uncertain, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Through coaching, education, resources, and compassionate support, my mission is to help parents feel seen, understood, and empowered to take their next step with confidence.

Because behind every struggling teen is a parent carrying more than most people realize.

And that parent deserves support, too.

Through The Lighthouse Project, you'll find:

⚓ 1:1 Parent Coaching Personalized support for parents navigating difficult seasons with their teens.

⚓ Parent Workshops Practical tools, guidance, and encouragement to help you feel more confident and less alone.

⚓ The Parent Membership Community (Coming soon) A supportive space to connect with other parents who truly understand what you're carrying.

⚓ Speaking & Parent Education Presentations, trainings, and educational events that bring hope, awareness, and practical guidance to parents, schools, organizations, and community groups.

⚓ Grief Recovery Method® A proven, action-based approach that helps individuals work through unresolved grief and loss, complete what feels unfinished, and move toward healing with greater peace and hope.

⚓ Hope and Connection A reminder that even in the midst of uncertainty, you don't have to walk this journey alone.

The Lighthouse Project is a growing collection of support, resources and connection designed to ensure that no parent has to navigate their hardest seasons alone.
