3. Trauma‑Informed Parenting: Tools for Supporting Teens A practical workshop for parent groups, schools, and community organizations. Participants learn co‑regulation strategies, scripts for hard conversations, how to create emotional safety at home, and how to support a teen who won’t talk.

Covers the unique grief parents experience after sexual assault, violence, mental health challenges, substance use, traumatic loss/grief; how grief impacts parents’ emotions, regulation, and engagement during the healing process

5. Trauma‑Informed Communication for Professionals Ideal for schools, medical teams, police departments, and youth‑serving organizations. Participants learn language that reduces shame and fear, how to avoid retraumatizing families, and how to support both survivor and parent simultaneously.
